Lamberts came together with local architects to create this stunning restaurant space in the Calile Hotel precinct. Our custom made stainless steel canopy is a central feature for the downstairs open kitchen. The quality and finishes of this fit-out are true to our teams standard. Projecting managing and fitting out the entire space including the upstairs bar to meet council specifications and our customers deadline, yet again achieving a 5 star health rating.
