All benching and sinks are custom made and installed to meet your exact requirements as well as the relevant Australian Standards. There is no such thing as a standard kitchen or shop. The requirements of your benches and sinks will depend on many factors, including space, use, and budget.
We offer several different design options, including: Open & Closed Shelving, Integrated Sinks, Pot Racks & Shelving, and Castors or Adjustable feet.
All our benches and sinks are fabricated to suit your requirements. Our sinks are are hand made, ground and polished to give a blemish free finish, making them easy to keep clean.
Lamberts Exhaust Hoods and Canopies are manufactured and installed to council regulations and Australian Standard AS1668 Parts One and Two.
We design your ventilation drawing for Council Approval and provide certification that your installation is to Australian Standard.
Our Stainless Steel Hoods are all fully welded, ground and polished with no visible external fittings. Additionally, galvanized hoods are also available as a cost efficient alternative.
Lamberts are able to design, manufacture and install your complete cafe or commercial kitchen coolroom system, making sure it is to your specifications and budget.

Lamberts assign a project manager to all fitouts big or small to ensure the construction of your shop runs smoothly and most importantly on schedule. We organise and are responsible for all sub contractors to take care of such things as electrical, plumbing, floors, walls and ceilings.
From initial concepts through to construction, Lamberts offer a complete in-house design service for your project. Our in-house designer is experienced in preparing and submitting plans for council, body corporate and centre management approvals.
